Gold loan-focused NBFC IFL Finance Limited has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on July 22, 2026, to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO).
According to the DRHP, the proposed IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to 3.55 crore equity shares and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 0.30 crore equity shares by existing shareholders.

IFL Finance Limited, incorporated in 2015, is a non-deposit taking Non-Banking Financial Company – Investment and Credit Company (NBFC-ICC) focused on providing secured retail loans, primarily gold loans. As of March 31, 2026, the company operated 88 branches across Delhi, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Haryana, serving more than 33,000 active borrowers.
The company's Gross Loan Portfolio (GLP) grew from ₹279.10 crore as of March 31, 2024, to ₹520.49 crore as of March 31, 2026, at a two-year CAGR of 36.56%. Gold loans accounted for 84.77% of its loan portfolio as of March 31, 2026, with the remaining portfolio comprising home loans and loans against property. The company primarily serves self-employed individuals, small business owners, traders, and borrowers in the informal sector by offering quick, collateral-backed credit through a streamlined lending process.

Following the DRHP submission, SEBI will evaluate the draft offer document and could request further details or clarifications from the company. After obtaining regulatory observations, IFL Finance Limited will move forward with filing the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), which will disclose the IPO price band, subscription dates, and other related specifications.
The IPO will open for public subscription after the company receives the necessary regulatory approvals and completes the required filing process.
