Horizon Industrial Parks made its stock market debut on Monday, August 24, 2026, with its shares listing flat at a 0.42% premium on the NSE. The stock opened at ₹60.25 apiece on the NSE against its IPO issue price of ₹60 per share. On the BSE, the shares debuted at ₹59.65 per share, representing a discount of 0.58% to its issue price.

The company’s ₹2,600.00 crore IPO was open for subscription from August 17 to August 19, 2026. The issue was subscribed 1.45 times by the end of the bidding period.

Incorporated in 2009, Horizon Industrial Parks is an Indian industrial and logistics infrastructure platform backed by the Blackstone Group. As of the DRHP date, the company owned 45 assets across 10 major cities, with a total portfolio of 58.01 million square feet. Its properties include fulfilment centres, industrial parks, and in city logistics centres serving sectors such as e commerce, FMCG, retail, manufacturing, automotive, and renewable energy.

In addition to warehousing infrastructure, the company provides integrated solutions including turnkey development, solar power, cold storage, staff accommodation, and skill development centres. As of November 30, 2025, Horizon Industrial Parks served over 100 customers, including several multinational companies, through its strategically located assets and end to end logistics infrastructure services.
