Highway Infrastructure Ltd launched its IPO for public subscription on August 5, 2025. The bidding window for the Highway Infrastructure IPO closed on August 7, 2025. The company shares made a strong debut on the NSE today, listing at a 64.29% premium over the IPO price band.
The shares of Highway Infrastructure opened at ₹117 on the BSE, marking a premium of 67.14% over the IPO price band. However, the shares listed at ₹115 on the NSE, showing a 64.29% gain over their issue price of ₹70.
After making a strong debut, Highway Infrastructure's share price showed extended gains, hitting the 5% upper circuit of ₹122.84 on the BSE. Similarly, on the NSE, the share price was locked in the 5% upper price band at ₹120.75.
Overall, the Highway Infrastructure listing was above the grey market expectations. Ahead of the listing, unlisted shares of Highway Infrastructure were trading at a premium of ₹24, hinting at a 33% listing gain.
Highway Infrastructure IPO is a book-building issue of ₹130 crores, consisting of a fresh issue of ₹97.52 crores and an offer for sale of ₹32.48 crores. The price band was set at ₹65 - ₹70 per share. The minimum lot size for an application was 211, and the minimum amount of investment required by a retail investor was ₹13,715 (211 shares).
