HD Fire Protect’s initial public offering (IPO) is set to open for subscription on October 13, 2026. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the ₹712.31.00 crore book-built issue comprises an offer for sale (OFS) of 2.63 crore equity shares, with no fresh issue of shares.
The IPO will remain open until October 15, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on October 16, 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on October 21, 2026.

Established in 1990, HD Fire Protect is an Indian manufacturer of fire protection equipment and systems, offering water, foam and gas-based fire suppression solutions for industrial, commercial and residential applications. According to the CRISIL Report, it was the second-largest manufacturer in India by operating income in Fiscal 2025 and the largest exporter by equipment value. It exported to 49 countries in the three months ended June 30, 2026, and to more than 90 countries in Fiscal 2026.
The company develops most of its products in-house and focuses on locally manufactured fire protection solutions. It has received UL Listing, FM approvals and ASME U stamp certification, with 21 UL Listed and 87 FM Approved product certifications as of September 2026. Its portfolio covers eight categories, including sprinklers, deluge systems, foam equipment, suppression systems and monitors.
