- Issue Size: The IPO is a book-build issue of ₹2,833.9 crores, consisting of a fresh issue of ₹1,023.5 crores and an Offer-for-Sale (OFS) of ₹1,810.4 crores.

- Allotment & Listing: The basis of allotment will be finalised by February 12, 2026, and the tentative listing on BSE and NSE is scheduled for February 16, 2026.
