Dhoot Transmission made its stock market debut on Monday, August 17, 2026, with its shares listing at a 37.77% premium on the NSE. The stock opened at ₹1,200 apiece on the NSE against its IPO issue price of ₹871 per share. On the BSE, the shares debuted at ₹1,193.80 per share, representing a 37.06% premium over the issue price.

The company’s ₹3,066.89 crore IPO was open for subscription from August 10 to August 12, 2026, and witnessed strong investor interest. The issue was subscribed 74.21 times by the end of the bidding period.
