Dhoot Transmission’s ₹3,066.89 crore initial public offering (IPO) is set to open for subscription on August 10, 2026. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of 1.61 crore equity shares aggregating up to ₹1,400.00 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 1.91 crore equity shares aggregating up to ₹1,666.89 crore by existing shareholders.
The IPO will remain open until August 12, 2026, while the anchor investor portion will open for subscription on August 7, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on August 13, 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 17, 2026.

It is among the top two players in India's two-wheeler and three-wheeler wiring harness market, with a 41% market share by value in FY26. The company also holds a leadership position in the electric two-wheeler and three-wheeler segment and is well-positioned to benefit from growing EV adoption, vehicle premiumisation, and increasing demand for connected and safety-focused automotive technologies.
