Dhoot Transmission’s ₹3,066.89 crore initial public offering (IPO) entered its second day of public subscription today, August 11, 2026, with a price band of ₹829 to ₹871 per share. As of 10:25 A.M.on the day 2 of bidding, the issue had been subscribed 0.93 times.

The IPO will remain open for subscription until August 12, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on August 13, 2026, while the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the NSE and BSE on August 17, 2026.

Utilisation of IPO Proceeds

The company intends to utilise the net proceeds from the fresh issue towards:

  • Repayment/prepayment, in full or in part, of all or certain outstanding borrowings availed by the company

Its portfolio includes wiring harnesses, battery packs, switches, sensors, controllers, connectors and high-voltage interconnection systems, serving both internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric vehicles (EVs).

The company is one of the two largest players in India’s two-wheeler and three-wheeler wiring harness market, with a 41% value share in FY26.
