
CMR Green Technologies is scheduled to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on June 3, 2026. This follows the submission of its Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on May 27, 2026.
As per the RHP, the CMR Green Technologies IPO will be a 100% book-building issue of ₹630.88 crore. This issue consists solely of an offer for sale (OFS) of 3.29 crore shares, amounting to ₹630.88 crore.
The public issue will remain open for subscription from Wednesday, June 3, 2026, to Friday, June 5, 2026, while the anchor investor bidding is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.

Established in 2006, CMR Green Technologies Limited operates as a non-ferrous metal recycler and a player in the secondary aluminium market, with a focus on zinc and aluminium die-casting alloys.
The company's manufacturing portfolio includes recycled aluminium alloys in both liquid and ingot forms, zinc alloy ingots, and furnace-ready segregated scrap materials, including copper, stainless steel, zinc, brass, magnesium, and lead.
Furthermore, CMR Green Technologies produces aluminium billets designed for applications in the automotive and non-automotive industries.
Prominent Tier-1 automotive component producers and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) partnered with the company include Hero MotoCorp, Maruti Suzuki, Honda Cars India, Bajaj Auto, Jindal Stainless, Endurance Technologies, and Royal Enfield.
For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹6,275.5 crore, compared with ₹6,666.5 crore in FY25. EBITDA stood at ₹324.4 crore, while profit before tax (before exceptional items) was ₹213.2 crore. Net profit (PAT) came in at ₹162.4 crore. The company operated 13 manufacturing facilities during the period.
