AGS Health Limited, PGP Glass Limited, Shreni Shares Limited, and SRIT India Limited secured regulatory clearance after SEBI issued its observations on their respective draft offer documents.

Total income increased by 60.6% to ₹460.29 crore in FY25 from ₹286.60 crore in FY24. Profit before tax rose 75.7% to ₹401.38 crore from ₹228.43 crore in the previous fiscal year. Profit after tax attributable to shareholders stood at ₹298.21 crore in FY25, compared with ₹231.56 crore in FY24.

Its strong project portfolio, long-standing client relationships, and expertise in delivering large-scale digital platforms have positioned it as a trusted technology partner in the public and private sectors.
SRIT India reported strong financial performance in FY25, with revenue from operations rising 43.6% to ₹389.35 crore from ₹271.09 crore in FY24. Profit before tax increased to ₹46.19 crore in FY25 from ₹38.34 crore in FY24, while profit after tax grew 15.6% to ₹33.60 crore from ₹29.08 crore. The company's total income stood at ₹400.50 crore in FY25 compared to ₹282.22 crore in FY24.
