The Canara Robeco AMC IPO enters its second day of subscription today, 10 October 2025. Till the end of day 1, the IPO received a total subscription of 0.23 times. The bidding window is scheduled to close on October 13, 2025.
The Canara Robeco AMC IPO is a book-building issue of ₹1,326.13 crore, consisting entirely of an offer for sale of 4.99 crore shares. The price band is set between ₹253 and ₹266 per share. The basis of allotment will be finalised by October 14, 2025, and the tentative listing date on NSE and BSE is October 16, 2025.
The book-running lead managers for the IPO are SBI Capital Markets Limited, Axis Capital Limited, and JM Financial Limited. At the same time, MUFG Intime India Private Limited serves as the registrar for the issue.

The company will not receive any proceeds, as the IPO is entirely an OFS (offer for sale); instead, they will be directly allocated to the selling shareholders.
A joint venture between Canara Bank and ORIX Corporation Europe N.V., Canara Robeco AMC is India’s second-oldest asset management company. As of June 30, 2025, the company managed a total of 26 mutual fund schemes, comprising 12 equity funds, 10 debt funds, and 4 hybrid funds, with a Quarterly Average Assets Under Management (QAAUM) of ₹ 1,110.52 billion.
