On Day 3, the BMW Ventures IPO saw a subscription of 1.50 times, according to NSE data. The IPO was subscribed 0.99 times in the Retail Individual Investors (RII) category, 3.03 times in the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) category and 3.09 times in the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) category.
The BMW Ventures IPO was a bookbuilding of ₹231.66 crores. The issue was entirely a fresh issue of 2.34 crore shares. The issue price band was set at ₹94 to ₹99 per share. The minimum lot size for an application was 151, and the minimum amount required for a retail investor was ₹14,194 (151 shares).
Sarthi Capital Advisors Private Limited was the book-running lead manager, and Cameo Corporate Services Limited was the registrar for the IPO.
