Bharat Forged has closed FY26 with Q4 profits falling 17.4% over the same period last year. Full-year PAT stands at ₹1,079 crore, a 14.72% YoY increase from ₹941 crore in FY25. The board met on 7 May 2026 and announced results for Q4 and the full financial year ended 31 March 2026.

In Q4 FY26, Bharat Forge recorded a 17.5% year-on-year increase in revenue from operations, totalling ₹4,528 crore compared to ₹3,852 crore in Q4 FY25. However, Profit after Tax (PAT) for the same period declined 17.4%, falling to ₹233 crore from the ₹282 crore reported in the previous year's fourth quarter.

In Q4FY26, EBITDA reached ₹778 crore, marking a 14.3% YoY increase from ₹681 crore in Q4FY25. During this period, the EBITDA margin adjusted to 17.2%, compared to 17.7% in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

For the full year FY26, revenue from operations reached ₹16,811 crore, up 11.7% YoY from ₹15,122.80 crore in FY25.

Profit after tax for the year was ₹1,079.6 crore, up 14.72% YoY. Diluted EPS for the full year came in at ₹ 22.58, up from ₹20.05  in FY25. 

Bharat Forge announces Dividend of ₹6.50 per equity share

The Board of Directors have recommended a final dividend of ₹6.50 per equity share, representing a payout 325% of the face value of ₹2 per share, for the financial year ended 31 March 2026. If approved, the final dividend is set to be paid on or after Friday, August 14, 2026.

Other Key Highlights

The company's operations are categorised into three primary business units: Forgings, Defence, and Others.

The Forgings unit, which specialises in forged and machined components for the industrial and automotive sectors, saw its revenue from operations grow by 6.1% YoY. During Q4FY26, the segment generated ₹3,647 crore, up from ₹3,436 crore in Q4FY25.

Revenue from Operations for the Defence segment, which focuses on manufacturing and distributing products for defense applications, rose by 46.4% year-on-year. The division recorded 416 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to 284 crore in Q4 FY25.

The segment designated as Others, encompassing group activities distinct from the Forgings and Defence units, experienced a 156% surge in revenue, climbing from ₹285 crore in Q4FY25 to ₹732 crore in Q4FY26.
