Behari Lal Engineering’s ₹301.62 crore initial public offering (IPO) is set to open for subscription on August 12, 2026. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of 0.33 crore equity shares aggregating up to ₹93.00 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 0.73 crore equity shares aggregating up to ₹208.62 crore by existing shareholders.
The IPO will remain open until August 14, 2026, while the anchor investor portion will open for subscription on August 11, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on August 17, 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 19, 2026.
