Beauty Garage Files DRHP With SEBI for ₹125 Crore Fresh Issue Along With OFS
Beauty Garage Limited, the premium Indian salon-grade haircare brand behind Shea and Botoliss, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on July 28, 2026, for its proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO).
According to the DRHP, the IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹125 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 0.78 crore equity shares by existing shareholders.
