Augmont Enterprises' initial public offering (IPO) is set to open for subscription on 21 August 2026. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the ₹825.00 crore book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of up to ₹620.00 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to ₹205.00 crore by its existing shareholders.
The IPO will remain open until 25 August 2026, while the anchor investor portion will open for subscription on 20 August 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on 27 August 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on 31 August 2026.

The company was recognised as India's Number 1 Gold Platform of the Year 2024–25 by the India Gold Conference.
The company operates through two core business verticals: Augmont SPOT, which serves enterprise and international bullion customers, and Augmont Gold For All, its consumer platform for buying digital and physical gold and silver. Its omnichannel model combines online platforms with a nationwide offline distribution network.
