Asset Reconstruction Company (India)’s initial public offering (IPO) is set to open for subscription on September 9, 2026. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the ₹732.97 crore book-built issue comprises an offer for sale (OFS) of up to ₹732.97 crore, with no fresh issuance of shares.
The IPO will remain open until September 11, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on September 15, 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on September 17, 2026.

Incorporated in 2003, Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited is an asset reconstruction company (ARC) operating across India, engaged in acquiring stressed assets from banks and financial institutions and implementing resolution strategies through restructuring, enforcement of security interests and settlements.
As of March 31, 2025, the company was the second-largest ARC in India by AUM, with AUM of ₹168,525.70 million, and the second-most profitable private ARC in Fiscal 2025, reporting a standalone profit of ₹3,553.19 million. As of March 31, 2026, it operated through 13 offices across 12 states, with 206 employees, and worked with 218 registered valuers and 206 collection agencies.
