Incorporated in 2003, Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited (ARCIL) is an asset reconstruction company that acquires stressed assets from banks and financial institutions across India. The company works towards resolving these assets through various strategies, including restructuring, enforcement of security interests, settlements, and other recovery measures.

As of March 31, 2025, ARCIL was the second-largest ARC in India by assets under management (AUM), with an AUM of ₹168,525.70 million. It was also the second-most profitable private ARC in Fiscal 2025, recording a standalone profit of ₹3,553.19 million. As of March 31, 2026, the company had 13 offices across 12 states, supported by 206 employees, 218 registered valuers, and 206 collection agencies.
