
Asian Paints Limited has announced its financial results for the quarter and full year ended March 31, 2026, reporting a 69.3% jump in consolidated net profit to ₹1,172.1 crore for Q4 FY26. The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹23 per share for FY26.
For the fourth quarter, consolidated revenue from operations rose 10.8% year-on-year to ₹9,246.7 crore from ₹8,358.9 crore in Q4 FY25. Total income came in at ₹9,418.1 crore, up from ₹8,458.8 crore a year ago, a gain of 11.4%.
Consolidated profit after tax surged 69.3% to ₹1,172.1 crore from ₹692.1 crore. Diluted earnings per share for the quarter stood at ₹12.22, compared to ₹7.22 in Q4 FY25.
For the full financial year, consolidated revenue from operations grew 5.1% to ₹35,583.5 crore from ₹33,905.6 crore in FY25. Total income for the year increased 5.3% to ₹36,307.3 crore from ₹34,478.2 crore in FY25.
Net profit for the full year rose 17.9% to ₹4,325.4 crore from ₹3,667.2 crore in FY25. Diluted earnings per share for the year came in at ₹45.11, compared to ₹38.25 in FY25, marking a growth of 17.9%.
The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹23 per equity share of face value ₹1 each for FY26, subject to shareholder approval. Including the interim dividend of ₹4.50 per share paid in November 2025, the total dividend declared for FY26 by Asian Paints Ltd. stands at ₹27.50 per share.
The international business delivered healthy growth during the quarter, supported by strong performances in markets such as Sri Lanka, Egypt, and the UAE. Q4 FY26 international segment sales rose 11% to ₹888.1 crore from ₹799.7 crore, while profit before tax (PBT) more than doubled to ₹75.4 crore from ₹38.2 crore in Q4 FY25.
For the full year, net sales grew 8.9% to ₹3,339.7 crore from ₹3,066.4 crore, with PBT surging to ₹266.4 crore from ₹140.1 crore in FY25.
Within the Home Décor portfolio, Bath Fittings posted Q4 net sales growth of 3.7% to ₹95.4 crore from ₹91.9 crore, and crucially swung to a PBT profit of ₹4.4 crore against a loss of ₹4.5 crore in Q4 FY25.
The Kitchen business saw Q4 net sales jump 16.5% to ₹99.1 crore, with the PBT loss shrinking to just ₹0.9 crore from ₹16.5 crore.
Among the newer home décor verticals, White Teak posted Q4 revenue growth of 16.8% to ₹23.4 crore, though full-year sales fell 7.1% to ₹99.2 crore.
Weatherseal was the standout performer in this category, with Q4 sales surging 24.9% to ₹20.2 crore and full-year sales jumping 42.1% to ₹74.7 crore.
Both industrial JV businesses delivered strong double-digit growth during the quarter and the year. PPGAP (PPG Asian Paints) was the headline performer, with Q4 net sales rising 20.9% to ₹586.1 crore from ₹484.9 crore in Q4 FY25.
APPPG (Asian Paints PPG) reported Q4 net sales growth of 15.0% to ₹399.1 crore from ₹347.1 crore, with PBT stable at ₹29.2 crore versus ₹28.9 crore.
