Arjun Jewellers Limited has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on August 1, 2026, for its proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO).
According to the DRHP, the proposed IPO consists solely of a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹200.00 crore, with no offer for sale (OFS) component.

Arjun Jewellers is a regional jewellery retailer engaged in the sale of gold, silver, platinum, diamond, and other precious stone jewellery through its retail showrooms in the Saurashtra region of Gujarat. Its product portfolio includes traditional, contemporary, bridal, festive, and daily-wear jewellery such as necklaces, earrings, rings, bangles, bracelets, pendants, and chains, catering to a wide range of customer preferences and budgets. The company focuses on offering BIS-hallmarked gold jewellery and certified diamond jewellery to ensure product authenticity and quality.
As of June 30, 2026, the company operated four retail showrooms, three in Rajkot and one in Jamnagar, with a combined operational area of 787.23 square metres.
