ArMee Infotech’s initial public offering (IPO) is set to open for subscription on September 23, 2026. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the ₹300.00 crore book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of up to 80.00 lakh equity shares, with no offer for sale (OFS) by its existing shareholders.
The IPO will remain open until September 25, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on September 28, 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on September 30, 2026.

Incorporated in 2003, ArMee Infotech Limited provides IT infrastructure and managed IT services, while also operating in retail, renewable energy, and battery storage. Its retail business operates through Experience Zones offering IT products, consumer electronics, gaming, and merchandise. In the renewable energy segment, the company undertakes solar EPC projects, develops solar projects under power purchase agreements (PPAs), and works on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, ArMee serves government and public sector undertakings (PSUs) as well as private-sector clients across various industries. A significant portion of its revenue is currently generated from projects serving government and PSU customers.
