Annu Projects’ initial public offering (IPO) is set to open for subscription on August 25, 2026. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the ₹175.06 crore book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of up to 1.77 crore equity shares, with no offer for sale (OFS) component.
The IPO will remain open until August 28, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on August 31, 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on September 2, 2026.

Established in 2003, Annu Projects Limited is an EPC company engaged in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining overhead and underground utility infrastructure. Its operations span four key verticals: telecom infrastructure, sewerage systems, gas pipelines, and railway signalling. Over the years, the company has laid more than 26,200 km of optical fibre cable, 298 km of sewerage pipelines, and 537 km of gas pipelines across multiple Indian states.
The company primarily serves government agencies, PSUs, and private infrastructure players through large-scale utility projects. Its clients include BSNL, GAIL India, Indraprastha Gas, Gujarat Gas, and various state urban infrastructure development corporations. Telecom and sewerage infrastructure remain its largest revenue contributors, while the company has also entered the railway signalling sector with its first project win.
