IPO Details

Ameenji Rubber IPO is a book-build issue of ₹30 crores, consisting entirely of a fresh issue of 0.30 crore shares. The price band is set between ₹95 and ₹100 per share. The tentative listing on BSE SME is October 6, 2025. 

Hem Securities Ltd. is the book-running lead manager, and Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar for the issue. 

Use of Proceeds

The net proceeds from the fresh issue will be used to

    • Modernization of Existing Machinery and 
    • Procurement of New Machinery for New Product Line – Conveyor Belting Unit.
  • Repay/prepay outstanding debt
