Adroit Industries (India)’s initial public offering (IPO) will open for subscription on September 23, 2026.

According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the ₹150.71 crore book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of 98.97 lakh equity shares aggregating up to ₹132.62 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 13.50 lakh equity shares aggregating up to ₹18.09 crore by its existing shareholders.

The IPO will remain open until September 25, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on September 28, 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on September 30, 2026.

  • Capital Expenditure for Distillation Plant at Ravalgaon, Maharashtra
  • Capital Expenditure for expansion and Development of Farms
  • Prepayment or repayment of all or a portion of certain outstanding borrowings availed by the company

About Adroit Industries (India) Limited

Incorporated in 1966, Adroit Industries (India) Limited manufactures and supplies propeller shafts and other torque-transmission components. Its vertically integrated operations cover forging, precision machining, heat treatment, assembly, balancing, and testing. As of February 28, 2026, it offered more than 5,000 SKUs, including precision-machined components, propeller shaft assemblies, and forged components used as inputs in its manufacturing process.

The company supplies its products through distributors, Tier-1 driveline component suppliers, and directly to OEMs based on their technical requirements. Its products cater primarily to commercial vehicles, with limited applications in passenger vehicles, particularly SUVs. It also serves non-automotive sectors such as defence and emergency services, heavy equipment, off-highway machinery, and industrial applications.
