Warren Tea Limited builds on a deep-rooted legacy, as its predecessors have been involved in the tea plantation industry for more than a century. The company's fundamental business philosophy is the pursuit of excellence, which guides its actions and decisions across all operational areas. To counter adverse market conditions, the company recently sold all its tea estates to strengthen its financial position and improve overall performance. Its new strategic direction includes entering the retail and consumer marketing business for tea in selected districts within Northern India. Additionally, the company plans to establish itself as a merchant exporter of tea to international markets in the Gulf, CIS, and Eastern Europe. Through its associate company in the hospitality segment, turnover improved significantly to Rs. 2082.19 lacs in the 2023-24 financial year.;
