Virescent Renewable Energy Trust (the Trust) is an India-based infrastructure investment trust (InvIT). The Trust objective is to undertake investment activities as an InvIT. The Trust has a portfolio of 16 operational solar power projects, aggregating to 538 MWp, across 7 states located in Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, and Uttar Pradesh. The Trust aim is to create investment opportunities and manage Indian renewable projects. Virescent Infrastructure Investment Manager Private Limited act as the investment manager as well as project manager of the Trust. Axis Trustee Services Limited operates as the Trustee of the Trust.;

3. Pay 20% upfront margin of the transaction value to trade in cash market segment.
