The Company is engaged in the business of trading in plywood and allied products, medium density fibre boards and allied products, Interior and furniture products through its subsidiary. It is also engaged in the business of development of infrastructure facilities on an engineering procurement and construction basis (EPC) and undertakes contracts from various Governments and other parties. The Company operates through two segments: interior wood products and construction. The interior wood products business is based in Kuala Lumpur. The interior wood products deliver marquee projects for established large business houses across India. Its construction business is executing two turnkey projects each in Telangana and Karnataka (design-to-build). Its products include plywood, blockboards, doors, decorative veneer, laminates, liners, flooring, adhesives, furniture and furnishing products. It sells its goods in domestic markets.;
