About Texmaco Infra

Established in 1939, Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Limited has demerged its Heavy Engineering and Steel Foundry businesses to a separate company. The company is now concentrated on Real Estate, Mini Hydro Power, and Job work services, focusing on these core business segments. This strategic demerger was implemented with the primary objective of allowing each company to focus on its specific core business areas. Its main income is derived from leased properties, investments, and the operations of its Mini Hydro Power Unit in West Bengal. Currently, the company is in negotiations to finalize a Joint Development Agreement for the development of its Birla Mills land. Its 3 MW hydel power project evacuated 74.96 lakh units of power during the year from its location in Kalimpong, West Bengal.;

3. Pay 20% upfront margin of the transaction value to trade in cash market segment.
