Taneja Aerospace and Aviation Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in the business of manufacturing and sale of various parts and components to aviation industry, providing services related to airfield and maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) and allied services. The Company operates through aerospace and aviation. The Company services include aircraft manufacturing and aviation infrastructure. It manufactures aero structures for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), National Aerospace Laboratories (NAL) Aeronautical Development Establishment (ADE), and Number of modifications on Indian Navy and Air force Helicopters and Aircraft. It has also built structures of 14 seat Saras aircraft developed by NAL. It is also into various Aviation related business activities-namely, Aircraft Manufacturing & Maintenance Centre and Aviation Infrastructure - Airfield & MRO. Its subsidiary is Katra Auto Engineering Private Limited.;
