The company is now planning to enter the real estate and infra development sectors as part of its future diversification strategy. Currently, with no active business operations, its income is sourced from non-operating activities like rent, lease, and dividends. It is also focused on collecting outstanding dues from its borrowers, as there has been no fresh issue of any loans during the year. To support its future ventures, the board has decided to retain profits and did not recommend any dividend for the year 2024-25. The company's standalone operations generated a total income of ₹143.09 Lakhs, resulting in a profit after tax of ₹80.99 Lakhs.;
