Southern Latex Limited was incorporated to carry on the business of manufacturing, processing, and selling rubberized coir products. However, due to changes in market policy and demand, this original business went down, and the company has not been able to grow. Currently, the company does not have any commercial operations and generates its income from rent and interest earned on retained earnings. The board believes in fostering a leadership culture to provide a long-term vision and enhance the quality of corporate governance. Directors are exploring strategic partnerships and collaborations to revive the business, which is currently experiencing sluggishness in investment and diversification. For the fiscal year 2023-24, the company recorded a total income of Rs. 55.25 lakh, leading to a net profit of Rs. 23.50 lakh.;
