SIP Industries Limited has been revived through a resolution plan approved by the National Company Law Tribunal on April 25, 2022. The management is now focused on identifying new opportunities to diversify its business operations, aiming for a better position in the future. The company's primary objectives include high-tech agriculture based on tissue culture and genetic engineering, alongside producing bio-fertilizers and bio-pesticides. It also plans to manufacture and trade power electronic items like UPS systems, batteries, and servo stabilisers, and provide related services. The business was under a revival process until it was formally handed over to the Resolution Applicant, who is now the new promoter. Following the takeover, the new promoter acquired 95% of the company's share capital, and the board of directors was completely reconstituted in January 2023.;
