Today, it is part of the Lodha Group (Macrotech Developers) ecosystem. Originally incorporated in 1947 as Bakelite Hylam Limited, the company was a pioneer in industrial and decorative laminates (brands like Decolam). Following a series of demergers and corporate restructuring in 2009, it pivoted to its current focus to Real Estate Development.;
