Rishab Special Yarns Limited was incorporated in 1987 and operates from its registered office in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Its guiding philosophy on corporate governance is to ensure transparency in all operations and comply with various laws and regulations. Previously, the company's business activities included producing texturised and twisted synthetic filament yarn. However, due to financial constraints, the company's manufacturing activities are currently discontinued, and it conducted no business in the last financial year. The company is undergoing a management change, which presents an opportunity for a new business to commence in due course. From 2018-19, the company began exporting Polyester Filament Yarn by procuring raw materials and getting job work done from outside.;
