Riga Sugar Company Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in the production and sale of sugar, ethanol, bio-fertilizer, and co-gen power in the domestic market. The Company’s segment includes Sugar and Distillery. The Sugar segment includes production of sugar, molasses, power, and fertilizers. The Distillery segment includes production of Ethanol. The Company manufactures bio-compost in the name of HARABHARA fertilizer-KRISHI-LABH by using distillery effluents on press mud of sugar, which is useful for food grains, vegetable, fruits, sugarcane, and tea plant. The Company also produces vermin-compost. It also produces bio-fertilizers and booster. The Company has set-up co-generation plant for producing 11 megawatt of electricity and three megawatt of power is exported. The Company offers bio-fertilizers- and booster products under various brands, such as AMRIT, BASUNDHRA and SANJIVINI. The Company’s product sugar is sold under its own brand name as RIGA SUGAR.;
