Ramsarup Industries Limited is engaged in the production and distribution of iron and steel, wire products, pig iron, sponge iron, thermo mechanically treated (TMT) bar, galvanized and black wires, power generation and turnkey projects contracts for various infrastructure projects. Its segments include Wire & Steel Products, Power Generation, and Infrastructure. Its Wire & Steel products segment is engaged in the business of manufacturing various kinds of wires and steel products. The Infrastructure segment procures orders for the various infrastructure projects at different places and after completion the same is handed over. Its infrastructure division is involved in power transmission and distribution, bridge-building and laying of sewerage and water pipelines. Its TMT Bars are used in various sectors, including railways, power, housing, roads and bridges, water management, and defense. It has manufacturing facilities at Kalyani, Shyamnagar, Durgapur & Kharagpur all in West Bengal.;
