Premier Synthetics Limited is a public limited company based in India, established in 1970, and is involved in the cotton yarn business. The company aims to meet growing energy demands sustainably by minimizing its environmental footprint and making its operations more efficient through technology. In response to market challenges, the company has recently discontinued its major manufacturing activities and is currently focused on trading activity. This strategic shift was influenced by highly fluctuating cotton prices and a substantial reduction in demand for denim yarn in the export market. To maintain product quality and the life of its machinery, the company has also imported necessary spare parts from foreign markets. Despite these operational changes, the company achieved a gross revenue of ₹5,408.44 Lakhs in the financial year 2023-24.;

3. Pay 20% upfront margin of the transaction value to trade in cash market segment.

4. Investors may please refer to the Exchange's Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) issued vide circular reference NSE/INSP/45191 dated July 31, 2020 and NSE/INSP/45534 dated August 31, 2020 and other guidelines issued from time to time in this regard.
