Consequently, the powers of the Board of Directors are suspended, with the management of affairs vested in the Resolution Professional. Throughout the review period, there was no alteration in the fundamental nature of the company's business activities. The company maintains a well-placed and adequate internal financial control system to safeguard assets and ensure transactions are correctly reported. Despite challenges, its consolidated total income grew significantly, reaching ₹735.18 Lakhs in FY2023-24, a notable increase from the previous year.;
