Pincon Spirit Limited is an India-based company that is engaging in the business of manufacturing, marketing, blending, bottling and retail of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL), Indian Made Indian Liquor (IMIL) and refining and packaging of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) items, including edible oil through its own manufacturing set up, tie up manufacturing set up/brand franchise. Its IMIL is made from rectified spirits of grains or molasses. The Company owns a refining and packaging unit with a production capacity of over 55,000 metric tons per annum. The Company’s product portfolio comprises of approximately 12 brands across five categories, including rum, whisky, vodka, brandy and gin. The Company has its presence in the distribution chain, with tie-ups of over 9,800 across the country. It has over three manufacturing facilities in Central and South Bengal. The Company’s subsidiaries include Priya Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., Yours Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. and Paul Distributors Pvt. Ltd.;
