Mohite Industries Ltd. was promoted by the Mohite Family in 1990 to diversify from its ancestral business of constructing earthen dams. The company believes that good corporate governance is an essential part of improving its efficiency and growth, as well as boosting investor confidence. The company manufactures 100% cotton yarn with a count range between 20s and 60s, having started its production activities in the year 1995. Beyond textiles, the company has also entered the renewable energy sector by installing a 10 MW hydroelectric power plant at Radhanagari Dam. It is constantly making efforts to adopt the latest technology to improve product quality, productivity, and the efficiency of its machinery. After completing its expansion and modernization program, the company currently has an installed capacity of 33,312 spindles, using advanced machinery from world-class suppliers.;
