Mohite Industries Limited is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of cotton yarn and the generation of electricity through a hydropower project. The Company’s segments include Textiles and Hydro Power. The Company’s textile manufacturing unit is spread over 35 acres at Vadgaon near Kolhapur. It is also engaged in the manufacturing of gray knitted fabric by installing various types of knitting machines. The Company has an installed capacity of 35,216 spindles. It manufactures cotton yarn including slub yarn of the count range between the 20s and 100s. The Company also has 22 two-for-one (TFOs) and two open-end (OE) machines with approximately 640 rotors producing a count range between 5s and 10s. Its power project is the Radhanagari Hydro Power Project, Maharashtra, which is a 10-megawatt (MW) project that has a storage capacity of 236.79. million cubic meters (Mcum). Its subsidiary is Solitaire Constructions Private Limited.;
