The company's main objective is to achieve rehabilitation by tapping into its substantial real estate assets to generate funds, clear its debts, and fund new business activities. It maintains a philosophy centered on good corporate governance, with a continuous effort to improve transparency, professionalism, and accountability. Its main focus is on exploring the development of a new industrial project in Modinagar to ensure the best use of its land assets. This new venture is planned to start at a suitable time, once it gets the required approvals from the U.P. Government and resolves pending land matters. During the 2023-24 financial year, the company did not make any changes to the nature of its business operations.;
