Its product portfolio consists of a range of components for two/three-wheelers, cars, tractors, light commercial vehicles (LCV), heavy commercial vehicles (HCV), and stationary engines. Its manufacturing facilities are equipped with presses, hammers, and up setters’ machines. The Company has manufacturing facilities with vertical presses, hammers, and up setters. The Company's plants are located in Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) Area, Ahmednagar; Chakan, Pune; Kuruli, Pune; Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh, and MIDC Area, Aurangabad.;

3. Pay 20% upfront margin of the transaction value to trade in cash market segment.
