Maris Spinners Limited is primarily in the business of manufacturing 100% Cotton Yarns, supplying its products mainly to domestic markets in India. The company is committed to nurturing, enhancing, and retaining top talent through superior learning, a critical pillar for its long-term growth and sustainability. In addition to its core textile business, the company also operates in wind and solar energy generation for its own captive consumption. Its manufacturing facilities are located in Hunsur, Karnataka, and Manapparai, Tamil Nadu, forming the backbone of its production capabilities. To improve profitability, the company is continually exploring ways to introduce value-added products which will help to expand its margins. As of March 31, 2024, the total number of people employed by the company was 491, indicating its operational scale.;

3. Pay 20% upfront margin of the transaction value to trade in cash market segment.

4. Investors may please refer to the Exchange's Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) issued vide circular reference NSE/INSP/45191 dated July 31, 2020 and NSE/INSP/45534 dated August 31, 2020 and other guidelines issued from time to time in this regard.
