Mangalam Timber Products Limited is principally engaged in the manufacturing of medium density fiberboard (MDF). The Company offers its products under the brand name Duratuff MDF. The Company offers products, which include Plain Interior Grade MDF, Plain Exterior Grade MDF, Pre-laminated Interior Grade MDF, Pre-laminated Exterior Grade MDF and HDF. The Company's interior grade MDF is branded as DURATUFF-Super Regular/Gold Premium. The Company's exterior grade MDF is branded as DURATUFF-X. The Company's pre-laminated interior grade MDF is branded as Lamina. The pre-laminated interior grade MDF is available in variants of one side laminated (OSL) and both side laminated (BSL). The Company's pre-laminated exterior grade MDF is branded as Laminex. The pre-laminated exterior grade MDF is available in variants of one side laminated (OSL) and both side laminated (BSL). The Company's high density fiber boards are available in variants of plain and pre-laminated.;

3. Pay 20% upfront margin of the transaction value to trade in cash market segment.
