JBF Industries Limited is a company incorporated in India, primarily engaged in the manufacturing of polyester-based products. The company's business practices are guided by the principle that all its actions should aim to enhance shareholder value. It aims for total compliance with statutory requirements, including environmental standards, as part of its corporate governance policy. The company was admitted into the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) in January 2024 by the National Company Law Tribunal. Consequently, the powers of the Board of Directors are suspended, and the management is now vested with the Resolution Professional. This situation led to the discontinuation of all manufacturing, causing revenue to drop to ₹1.94 crores from ₹1097.17 crores in the previous year.;
