Jatalia Global Ventures Limited was first incorporated in 1987, originally starting as S.R. Oils and Fats Limited before evolving its business. Its corporate philosophy is founded on a legacy of fair, ethical, and transparent governance, upholding high standards of professionalism and integrity. Initially incorporated to manufacture edible oil, its focus later shifted to computer hardware and software before its current business model was adopted. The company’s main business activities now include the trading of commodities such as Polymers, Glass, Metals, Bitumen, and Dry Fruits. The current structure was formed through a merger approved in 2018, combining four separate companies into a single entity. The Company was placed into the Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) by the National Company Law Tribunal via an order dated March 7, 2024.;
