Integrated Proteins Limited operates in the agricultural sector, primarily trading in various oilseeds like soybean and groundnut, and other agri-commodities. The main object of the company is to serve the growing industry by providing a diverse range of products suitable for all age groups. Strategically, the company is progressing towards becoming a comprehensive one-stop shop for all retailers in its market. The company has ceased its previous operations in solvent extraction to focus entirely on trading in agricultural commodities, exploring this new business focus. To conserve resources for future business development and write off past losses, the board of directors decided not to recommend any dividend. Reflecting its performance, the company recorded a net profit of Rs 8.93 Lakhs for the financial year ending on March 31, 2024.;
