The company operates under a core philosophy to innovate, excel, and deliver value in all its business activities. It aligns its "GREEN TREK" initiative with ZDHC and REACH guidelines, emphasizing safety and environmental responsibility in its products. While traditionally focused on the leather sector, the company is diversifying into a non-leather product portfolio with new technology development projects. This includes launching high-performance NANOLUX pigment dispersions and advanced AKRELON series products for the PVC industry, which are being produced for the first time in India. This strategic diversification has supported an export growth of around 15% and helped maintain its market share in key domestic markets like Kanpur and Kolkata.;
