The company has transitioned into the textile sector, engaging in the business of ginning, spinning, weaving, and manufacturing raw fabrics and other materials. This strategic change is based on the promoters' strong experience in the textile industry, which the company aims to leverage for future development. Previously registered as a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), the company is now in the process of surrendering its license to the Reserve Bank of India. With its new business focus, the company is actively looking for fresh opportunities and anticipates growth in the technical textile and man-made fibre industry. In the past year, the company's total income grew by ₹49.37 lakhs, although it recorded a loss due to the sale of investments.;
