Shareholders approved the adoption of the Financial Statements, Directors' and Auditors' Report for the financial year 2025-26. The resolution for the re-appointment of Director Shri Prithviraj S. Parikh, who retired by rotation, was also approved. Both ordinary resolutions were successfully passed with over 99.9% votes cast in favour, as confirmed by Scrutinizer Ashish Bhatt.
